Product Description
Low nitrogen environmental friendly gas fired industrial boiler
Imported advanced design philosophy from Europe, central combustion structure is adopted, which has the advantage of simple structure and reliable and safe operation.Economizer is used developed by ourselves, which has improved the operation efficiency. We can provide the boiler with steam output of 0.5t/h to 4t/h.
Standardized Combustion Gas( Oil) Fired Steam Boiler
Three return trip technology, the entire wet back structure has the advantage of proper arrangement and efficient operation. The self-developed finned tube economizer is used to improve efficiency greatly. We can provide the boiler with steam output of 2t/h to 20t/h.
Safety: PLC control cabinet will be set to monitor the boiler operating parameter and combustion device, and it can adjust boiler operation according to the set procedure.
Efficiency:Self-developed economizer will be used, and the efficiency can be over 95%.
Environmental protection: World famous burner with high combustion efficiency will be used. Flue gas will be burned in big furnace for complete combustion, which will reduce the emission of harmful substance. Low furnace heat load can reduce the emission of NOX which is good for environmental protection. The economizer matched can reduce the fuel combustion and save around 10% of fuel for user.
