II. Boiler Feature
Considering the fuel feature of bagasse, for small sized packaged bagasse boiler, forward running scale type chain grate will be adopted for the combustion system.

Ash Block Prevention: Due to the fuel properties is different, ash phenomenon is also different. While burning bagasse, ash stick situation will be serious. Ash can be classed as high temperature and low temperature. Reason of high temperature ash is low melting point of biomass and tube bundles sticking. Low temperature ash is caused by flue gas condensation. For this boiler, HT ash mainly occurs at superheater and convection tube, LT ash occurs at air preheater tube box. In order to solve the problem, soot blowing system is designed.

Corrosion:
HT Corrosion: As the biomass contains various mineral salts, including Chlorides, flue gas is highly corrosive. The HT Corrosion will happen at superheater area. We have considered special method for the boiler and HT Corrosion will not damage boiler.

LT Corrosion: Last grade of Air preheater is using tubes with enamel coating on internal and external surface to prevent corrosion.
